Eat honey to detoxify the body?

Eat honey to detoxify the body?

After discovering the benefits of honey in the late 200's, I quickly made my first honey and gained a new respect for my body. Now just drinking honey and water has become a diet for me. I do this several times a year to cleanse my stomach and intestines and detoxify my body. Although honey fast is unknown in most countries, it is very popular in Taiwan and Japan. Try to discover its effects on your body. A sweet surprise is waiting for you.
Eat honey to detoxify the body?

Fasting with honey water gives me the right idea. Honey contains fatty acids that stimulate the contraction of intestinal muscles and contains easily absorbable elements such as vitamins and minerals that help the body maintain a good nutritional balance. And water helps remove toxins from body systems. This recipe not only helps cleanse our system, but it also promotes weight loss and improves the condition of our skin.

Here are my personal thoughts on the fasting process that I think will help those who develop detox, build expectations, and better prepare mentally for three days

Roger's Basic Principles:

- You can start the first day by cleaning your system with your cinnamon and honey in the morning if you want.
- If you need relief, mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey with water or tea. However, do not exceed 200 grams of pure honey per day. 100 grams of honey contains about 300 calories. Even if you eat 200 grams per day, it is only 600 calories.
- Replace all foods with honey and water or tea. No other food is allowed.
- Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of liquid every day.
- If you can't really imagine enduring the three-day program, you can try replacing the meal with two honey first.

day 1 :
Getting started can be difficult. You are always hungry and always think of food, especially the food of your choice. The urge to break the fast is strongest on the first day; In fact, you will miss more food than you are hungry so use your willpower. Being restless and withdrawing is normal because you feel like you missed a great activity (eating) in your daily schedule. In fact, you may be very worried that you will not be able to cope with the second day of Ramadan. If you wait for the next few days, you may feel frustrated. So take some time to do something.

Day 2:
You wake up with a particularly strong and clear mind. When there is no simple food to digest, the body spends a great time and comes back to sleep a lot. I feel refreshed and I really want to leave. I usually drive my mornings. It's easier than you think.

Feelings of hunger will increase in the afternoon and you will feel comfortable. Avoid places where you can look for food because your smell will be particularly intense during fasting and the temptation to eat can be even more frightening. Encourage yourself that you have already finished half the race. Do not bother with frequent stomach noises.

Day 3:
Starts to get hungry. People who express themselves in the eyes of food and eat it turns into a little emotional torture. Stomach bloating, dizziness, weakness, nausea or fatigue Detoxifying effects and general effects Stay hydrated throughout the day. Your sense of smell also becomes intense.
