Transfer of the bees to a new house?

The new beekeeper
The new beekeeper will be very happy to receive his new bees in the mail.
Before the bees arrived, you would have chosen a convenient location to feed your new bees with the new beehive. The space for the beehive should be in a secluded area where the bees will not be disturbed by humans and animals. The beehive should also be in a place where strong winds won't knock it over.
Transfer of the bees to a new house

Before the bees arrive, it is a good idea to try on the safety equipment and especially the body in order to be well protected and not to be stung. The post office will keep you informed of the arrival of the bees. Once they arrive, you will be asked to collect your dangerous package as soon as possible.

Newly arrived bees
You will likely find some dead bees in the container, but that's to be expected after the stressful journey they've been on. The rest of the bees will be fine and will need to be transferred from the container they were shipped into the new beehive you set up for them. Before attempting to transfer the bees make sure you have your safety equipment and your smoker ready. There is a smaller container in the shipping container. the queen bee has that in it. This box is closed with a stopper. When you remove the stopper, there is another stopper made of sugar.

Place the queen in the beehive
The queen container should be hung in the beehive prepared for the new bees. Now poke a hole in the sugar so that the worker bees can more easily let go of the queen bee and escape into the beehive. Care should be taken not to damage the queen bee by piercing the sugar lump as it is not easy to find a replacement for the queen during the winter months.

Once the queen bee has been placed in the beehive, blow a cloud of smoke into the container with the other bees, and let it into the beehive. The bees automatically spread from the container into the beehive and settle there. Make sure you put a trough full of sugar in the beehive. If there are still bees in the container, leave it near the beehive and they will enter by themselves. Bees prefer to be brought from the container to the beehive early in the morning or in the evening.

A week for the bees to settle down
It will take at least a week for the bees to settle in their new hive, then the queen bee will start laying her eggs and the bees will also start producing honey.
